Vivid Solutions (VSL) operates a national video communication network via a secure, managed service IP network.

Video Conferencing Design - We work with you to design and implement a video communication solution that suits your business needs.

Bridging - VSL owns and operates two video conferencing bridging devices with a video conference recording/streaming server and ISDN/Internet Gateway.

Connectivity - Standard connectivity is provided via a secure IP network connection with all on-net calling and bridging included.

Desktop/PC Connectivity - Connect desktop computer or laptop to a video conference session.

Support - Support is provided via 0800, email and video on-line helpdesk and includes real-time directory & unit management.

Training - VSL has trained over 1500 people in the use of video conferencing technology. Each unit supplied by VSL includes a comprehensive training session on the operation of the unit and, more importantly, the ways to get the best from a user perspective.
